Our Educational Advocacy Membership gives you ongoing, personalized help with IFSPs, IEPs, 504 plans, school meetings, and special education questions. From document reviews to strategy sessions, you’ll have an experienced advocate by your side whenever you need it.
Membership Tier Descriptions
Tier 1: Advocate Essentials
Enjoy peace of mind with annual expert review and meeting support. This plan includes one full IEP, IFSP, or 504 plan document review per year, a 60-minute prep call before your meeting, attendance at one annual meeting (virtual or in-person), and a detailed post-meeting document review and summary. You’ll also get a follow-up email template to send to the school, secure storage for all documents on your portal, and email access for up to two questions per month. This tier is $80 per month, covers approximately 8 hours of support per year, and is best for families who want annual checkups and reliable meeting support.
Tier 2: Build and Back Up
Get regular check-ins and oversight all year long. This tier includes everything in Tier 1, plus a monthly check-in email for you to send to the school team, help reading and responding to up to five school emails per month, and support to ensure documents are sent and received on time. You’ll also receive one mid-year progress review, an extra 30-minute check-in call mid-year, and priority email responses within 48 hours. This plan is $130 per month, covers approximately 13 hours of support per year, and is ideal for families wanting consistent accountability and communication support throughout the year.
Tier 3: Comprehensive Care
For families who need more hands-on support and deeper guidance throughout the year. This tier includes everything in Tier 1 and Tier 2, plus up to three progress monitoring data reviews per year, an additional IEP, IFSP, or 504 meeting (for a total of two meetings annually), and strategy calls timed with progress reports (typically twice a year) to help you stay on track. You’ll also receive custom letters or trackers prepared for you when needed, with priority email responses within 48 hours. This plan is $200 per month, provides about 20 hours of support each year, and is best for families looking for stronger advocacy and proactive planning.
Tier 4: Sustained Partnership
Our most comprehensive option for families who want dedicated, priority support whenever they need it. This tier includes everything in the lower tiers, plus attendance at up to four additional meetings per year (five total), progress monitoring data reviews up to three times a year, strategy calls with each progress report — plus emergency calls if needed. You’ll get unlimited help reading and responding to school emails, custom letters and trackers, and the fastest priority response time within 24 hours. This level of support is $2400 per year (or $200 per month) and provides around 20 hours annually, ideal for families who want a true partner in their child’s educational journey.
